Meet Erick, one of the owners of Crawlspace Renovations LLC. He is a husband and father to three children that were born here in the heart of Raleigh, NC. He has been local to the RDU area for over 20 years. He has been in this field for more than 17 years and has gained an abundance of experience and knowledge over the years. The company was first started and founded by Erick in 2018. Since starting the company, Erick has had a passion for providing the best customer experience possible and maintaining top quality work. Erick is very hands on during the project, supervising and answering any questions or concerns the client may have. Honesty and Integrity are Erick's most important values while running his company. He is known to provide competitive prices while maintaining the best quality.

Juan is our very knowledgeable crew leader. He has obtained more than 10 years of experience in the crawlspace field, and was personally trained by Erick. Juan is known to be very attentive to any questions or concerns the client may have. He will greet you every morning with a smile on his face before the start of the workday. Not only is Juan very knowledgeable, but he is also very respectful and upholds our company's values. You can rest assured that you are in great hands with Juan as crew leader.

Itzy is the Co-Owner and Office Manager of Crawlspace Renovations LLC. She has been alongside the company since it started in 2018. She has more than 5 years of business administration experience.
